After the release of Inception, Fast Company had a contest to create the best information graphic explaining the plot of the film. I liked the open-ended nature of the film, that the entire movie could have simply been a dream. The alternative explanation was a complex series of connected timelines, consciousness, unconsciousness, and the reality & illusions of multiple dreamers. Heavy.

This poster charts each character's involvement through the 6 levels of dreams, whose dream the characters are occupying, and the kick up to the previous level.
